Galfer wave discs have high carbon content stainless steel rotors and alloy carriers, which are finished with an anodised black finish. These discs are a direct bolt on replacement for original discs, offering several benefits over conventional discs. The high carbon content offers superior friction properties, whilst being lighter than OE discs reducing unsprung weight.
The Wave design allows expansion and contraction of the disc to avoid warping, and also offers a self cleaning action. A highly technical look is easily achieved easily and the discs dissipate heat quickly to allow the whole brake set up to run a lot cooler.
