Orders and Shipping
Shipping to main city centres takes between 3-5 days from when your order is collected from our depot.
We do not store any personal information on our site so all you need to do is put in your new address on your next order.
If you would like to change your shipping address for an order you have already placed and not yet received then please contact us on orders@ryda.africa with the details of the new address you would like us to ship your order to.
No, we do not store any credit card information. All transactions are handled by Yoco.
Yes we charge standard South African VAT of 15%.
Currently we only ship to destinations within South Africa.

Crap, that’s far from ideal. Please check out the damaged goods section of our returns policy and follow the steps for us to assist you.

Sure as long as you contact us within 24 hrs of placing your order. Contact us on orders@ryda.africa. If you want to cancel your order after 24 hrs then you will need to wait to receive your order and follow the steps in the returns policy.
